PDF to text, RSS/Atom feeds to JSON, sitemaps to URL lists. Agents pay per request with x402 in USDC on Base or Algorand, or prepay credits.
Document utilities agents otherwise have to install libraries for: extract per-page text from a PDF URL, normalize RSS/Atom/JSON feeds into JSON items, and crawl a site's sitemaps (via robots.txt) into a URL list.

Any x402 v2 client works: call an endpoint, receive 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header, retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Bad input is rejected before payment and failed calls are never settled. For frequent use, GET /credits/buy?usd=5 returns an API key with bonus credit (+10% at $5, +20% at $20). Agent instructions: llms.txt · index: /.well-known/x402.
